An introduction

Hey,
I thought it might be good to start this blog with a message about the intentions I have for this space.

One of the main reasons for updating my website was to be able to add a blog and a Q&A section in an easy way, the reason for this is that I like to be able to dig a little bit deeper into certain subjects and I find that Instagram isn’t the right place for longer texts and a mixed variety of media.

In my Q&A section I’m gathering some of the most frequent questions related to the illustration world and my work. Hopefully this will bring some insights to people who are new in this field of work or who are just interested in how it is to work as an illustrator.

In this blog I’m planning to share a mix of content like behind the scenes, work in progress and some more personal stuff. I want to be able to share more of the progress from sketch to final art and show progress videos. I also plan to share a bit more about my personal life; things and people who inspire me, glimpses of my home studio, creative life in Barcelona etc. Feel free to write an email or DM if there are any specific things you’d want me to bring up.

A note is that this isn’t going to be a daily blog, it’s more of a 2-3 posts a month kind of place, but I hope it’s something that people will find interesting.
